But Rupees is strictly for players aged 18 and above. No minor may register, deposit, or participate in any game or promotion on the platform. Age verification may be requested at any time.
Each person may hold only one But Rupees account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or exploit system limits is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard. No foreign currency conversions are applied by But Rupees on any transaction.
All promotional bonuses carry a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Specific requirements are stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money gameplay, not bonus-funded play on excluded games.

Providing false registration information — including using a fake name, another person's identity details, or an incorrect date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your But Rupees account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received by SMS. But Rupees will never ask for your password via any channel. You must notify But Rupees immediately at support@butrupees.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Never share your But Rupees login credentials with any third party. But Rupees will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where reasonable account security practices were not followed by the player.
But Rupees may request identity verification at any stage — during registration, before processing a withdrawal, following unusual account activity, or as part of a routine compliance review. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
All documents submitted to But Rupees are handled in accordance with the But Rupees Privacy Policy and are used solely for the purposes of regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and account verification.
Where a KYC review is initiated, But Rupees may place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed. Gameplay may continue during this period unless the hold specifically extends to gameplay access.

But Rupees does not charge any fees on deposits. Third-party transaction fees imposed by your payment provider are outside But Rupees' control and are not refunded. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name is a breach of these Terms. Such deposits may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests at But Rupees are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:
The minimum withdrawal amount at But Rupees is Rs 500. Maximum single withdrawal limits are Rs 5,00,000 for standard accounts and up to Rs 20,00,000 for VIP Gold+ accounts. Players wishing to withdraw amounts above the standard maximum should contact support for assistance.
But Rupees does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times stated above represent targets and not guarantees — occasional delays may occur due to third-party payment processor maintenance or high-volume periods.
But Rupees offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
All deposit bonuses and free bet credits carry a wagering requirement — a minimum total bet amount that must be completed before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are stated clearly on the Promotions page.
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated on the promotion will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance without notice or compensation.
Promotions available through the VIP Club are subject to the VIP Club Terms in addition to these general Terms. VIP tier status is determined by cumulative loyalty points earned through real-money gameplay and is reviewed on a rolling 30-day basis.

The result of any game or sports event determined by But Rupees systems or by official sporting authorities is final. Clerical or display errors do not constitute a valid result — if a technical error produces an incorrect display but the underlying game result is correct, the underlying result stands.
All PSL betting markets at But Rupees are settled according to the official result confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or tournament organisers. DLS-affected results are settled on the official DLS-adjusted result. Abandoned matches are governed by the rules stated within the relevant market terms.
In-play (live) bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of bet placement confirmation. But Rupees reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and to void bets placed after the relevant event outcome is known to any party.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per product and per market. Standard minimum bets are Rs 100 for games and Rs 200 for sports markets. Maximum bet limits are displayed within each market. But Rupees reserves the right to adjust limits at any time, including limits applied to individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.
Sports betting at But Rupees is governed by these terms alongside event-specific market rules
But Rupees is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

But Rupees may suspend or close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
You may close your But Rupees account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 working days, subject to identity verification completion and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus balances.
Accounts that have not been accessed for 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. But Rupees may charge an inactivity fee of Rs 500 per month after an initial 12-month period of inactivity. Players will be notified before any fee is applied. Inactivity fees will not reduce the account balance below zero.
But Rupees provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous service, But Rupees does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from:
But Rupees' total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits But Rupees' liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
But Rupees reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, But Rupees will notify registered players by email or through an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be dated and published on this page.
Continuing to use But Rupees after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and balance withdrawal.
